Check what stages the recruitment consists of

If you are interested, please send us your CV to the e-mail address provided with the job offer. We do not require a cover letter, but we are always happy to read it. If you have a GitHub repo or a StackOverflow profile, be sure to let us know.

We respond to requests within a few days. We often ask you to clarify certain information from your CV, e.g. describe the most interesting project that you have recently carried out.

Each candidate undergoes a short test. Depending on the position, it can be a few simple tasks in the field of algorithms and data structures without the need to upload computable code, or a micro project, which is a more complex programming task. In this case, we will expect you to submit a fully compilable code. The complexity of the test, depending on the options, is estimated at approx. 1-3 hours. The test usually takes place remotely after determining the date that best suits you, so that you have a lot of time and a guarantee of peace.

The interview lasts about an hour and is conducted by the manager whose team we are enlarging. We ask about previous jobs, performed tasks, and required technologies. We don't bite!
